In protest of the decisions taken by the GST Council in it's meeting held on 16.01.2017, the Ministerial Officers of West Bengal, Sikkim and Andaman & Nicobar Zone will wear black ribbons on 30.01.2017, Monday. This is for your kind information and necessary action please.
Sooner, we will also call for a massive lunch hour demonstration against the disparity of recruitment rules (TA, EA & Inspector) and pay scales between CBEC & CBDT. We solicit to all for your kind co-operation in this regard.
Also demands to resolve the long pending issues like finalisation of RR and Seniority list of AOs, counting of service rendered in the grade of Sepoy for promotion to the grade of TA, issuance of necessary circulars/guidelines regarding abolition of interview process for promotion in the grade of Inspector w.e.f. 01.01.2016 onwards and accordingly review of the DPCs may be from 01.01.2016 etc. .
