OBSERVE THE 27TH NOV, 2015 AS "BLACK DAY" BY WEARING BLACK BADGES

Dear Comrades,

              This association shall observe 27th November 2015, as 'Black Day', by wearing black badges by each members of this association, in office, during working hours, in order to protest the retrograde recommendations of the 7th Central Pay Commission. This is in support of the call given by the National Joint Council of Action (NJCA) (letter enclosed).

         All the Central Committee members, Zonal Leaders and office bearers of this association are requested to make necessary arrangements to make the programme a grand success.
