It is to information of all that the Order of "STA review DPC 2018" has issued without observed and kept aside of the Order dated 28.04.2004 under F.No.A-12034/51/2003-Ad-III(B) for one time relaxation towards filling of all vacancies extended upto 31.12.2002. Subsequently, this above Order dated 28.04.2004 was further extended upto 31.10.2003 due to restructuring of the department. This vital Order is dated 08.10.2003 under F.No.A-32011/18/2003-Ad.IIIA. It means someone or some others is/are disappointed to the respected Authority to diluted the system of streamline resulting a group of people wants to come ahead of seniority from the promotees of the said period. It's very sad, we the people of West Bengal watering the plants whom are extracting Carbon-dioxide, alas, reason unknown ...
It is a one side pre-planned game and intentionally victimed by some persons and it also kept for someones' interest only.
