Members along with Zonal Secretaries & Zonal Members are being requested to
finalize the list of names of all Delegates for Delegates Session and also
inform all General Members to attend Open Session as well. The details of
venue & time has been given in the letter (CLICK HERE TO SEE). Please take necessary
initiative to clear all dues of this Association's subscriptions upto June 2019
from all general members.
Please treat this matter on an urgent basis and send the list of
names of all delegates who will attend the delegate session on 22.06.2019 at Chandannagar on or before 07th June, 2019. CC Members/ Zonal Leaders and
Delegates who are posted flung areas (outside from kolkata) should avail
Special CL on the eve of AGM and accordingly requested to book railway tickets
& NACIN's Guest House immediately. Letter will be issued very soon to
intimate the Authority on this front (AGM).

Chief Commissioner to allow all ministerial members to attend (including Spl.
CL for CC Members & Delegates who are posted in non-cca areas / outstation
from Kolkata CCA area) in the upcoming 53rd AGM (Delegate Session on 22.06.19

Notice to all General Members of AICESTMOA-KU regarding
felicitation of meritorious children of ministerial officers of this zone who
have scored brilliant marks in the Board Exams held in 2018. Details of
Eligibility, conditions are given at Annexure-I & II along with this letter (CLICK HERE TO SEE). Last date of forwarding the application to the undersigned is 14.06.2019. After scrutiny, the final list of selected candidates will be
published in Association's website on 20.06.2019.
Kindly circulate it to all General members of this
Association. Felicitation will be held during the Open Session on the eve of
53rd AGM at the Auditorium Hall of GST Bhawan.
