As per Article-V of the constitution of AICESTMOA-KU (available in the Association’s website at -: http://aicestmoaku.blogspot.com/search/label/CONSTITUTION) and in accordance with the letter dated 28.06.2022 issued by the office of the Hon’ble Principal Chief Commissioner of CGST & CX (CLICK HERE). Kolkata Zone, it is to inform that Smt. Abanti Salui Madam, Superintendent of CGST & CX. Kolkata North Commissionerate, is being nominated/appointed as Returning Officer and Shri Dibyendu Das Sir, Assistant Commissioner (Pr. CCO.), CGST & CX. Kolkata Zone is being nominated/appointed as Observer for the Election of Central Committee of AICESTMOA-KU.
Accordingly, henceforth, Smt. Abanti Salui Madam, Superintendent will function as Returning Officer and Shri Dibyendu Das, Assistant Commissioner who will function as Observer for the said Election–2022.
