This association has taken up all the long pending issues of this zone to get it resolved immediately and accordingly, has submitted the following SEVEN letters on 04.11.15, each issue separately, to the Chief Commissioner, Central Excise Kolkata Zone for his kind consideration:
1. Promotion to the grade of Administrative Officer.
2. Promotion to the grade of STA - forwarding of representation.
3. Forwarding of representations received from Tax Assistants for onward transmition to the Board to repeal the RR of EA.
3. Forwarding of representations received from Tax Assistants for onward transmition to the Board to repeal the RR of EA.
4. Promotion to the grade of Inspector from STA who have passed the exam after 50 years.
5. Promotion to the grade of STA regularization.
6. Promotion to the grade of Tax Assistant from LDC - considering the case of ICT.
7. Promotion to the grade of Tax Assistant from LDC - as per amendment on RR of TA.
