Then other issues of convening of CAO DPC at the earliest, relaxation of RRs of all the ministerial posts and RR of Inspector, promotion to the grade of Inspector who have passed the departmental exam after 50 years of age, counting of length of service spent in the post of Sepoy for promotion to the grade of LDC etc. were also discussed with her and she gave a positive indication on each of the points raised before her. Thereafter we have also met the Hon’ble Chairman and told him the same problems to get these resolved at the earliest.  Then Hon'ble Chairman gave a direction to Hon'ble Member (P&V) to look into our issues on priority.  Next day on 02.12.2015 we have met other Senior Officers in Ad-IIIA/B sections and pursued the related works of Relaxation in the RR of Inspector, CAO DPC, Promotion to the grade of Inspector after 50 years etc. in different sections of Board offices.  After submission of our letter for relaxation of RR of AO, STA & TA to the Board on the very day, we have also made it happen to issue yet another two important letters from the Board (on the same line of relaxation of RR of Inspector), for seeking comments for Relaxation in the Recruitment Rules of STA and TA and the same letters are also given below for information and necessary action:
