I would like to draw your attention to the fact that this Association has been pursuing for a long time before the Board to grant Grade pay Rs. 4800/- and Grade pay Rs.4600/- to the Administrative Officer(Group 'B' Gazetted) and Deputy Officer Superintendent(Group 'B' Non-Gazetted) respectively as recommended by the 6th CPC. The Association also pursue to finalise the on going Cadre Restructuring proposal after taking into consideration the Association's opinion and propose to ensure at least 4 stage promotional scope in the Ministerial Cadre and also propose to ensure promotional quota in Inspector cadre from 33 1/3% to 50% but the members of this Federation are still in dark about their future prospect in the service.
