                                This is for your kind information that 46^th A.G.M. of this Association will be held as per following  schedule:-

1.    Delegate Session on 12.05.12 (Saturday) from 11 A.M at customs House, M.S Building, Club Hall   (6^th floor).

2.  Open Session on 15.05.12 (Tuesday) at 1.30 P.M at Auditorium Hall, Kendriya Utpad Shulk  Bhawan, 1^st  Floor, 180,Shanti Pally, Kolkata-107.

                                You are requested to accord permission to our members, posted in the combined Commissionerate of Central & Service Tax and C.C.(P) Commissionerate to participate in the Open Session on 15.05.12 which will commence from 1.30 P.M.
